Detail & shop drawings
Titled construction sheets — the finish is agreed on paper first.
Titled and dated construction sheets: wall elevations, building and interior sections, and keyed material legends covering marble, wood, mirror, wall tile, gypsum and wallpaper.
Paint references are chosen off the manufacturer’s chart rather than described in words, areas are scheduled in square metres, and furniture, lighting and power layouts are drawn before anyone lifts a tool. It is the least glamorous part of the work and the reason the finished room matches the drawing.
